		<description><![CDATA[West Virginia knocked off heavy favorite Georgia behind a pathetic game plan from UGA defensive coordinator Willie Martinez.  It also excelled in running the spread option, before it became toyed with at nearly every school.  Big East ain&#039;t fooling anyone at this point, except perennial bowl loser Oklahoma.

The big east&#039;s mistake was allowing teams to leave for the ACC.  If it wasn&#039;t for that and the re-emergence of Butch Davis, the ACC would be the focus of this debate.]]></description>
